Q. Do we charge a delivery fee?
A. No. You pay the list item price posted on our web page or the price quoted to you.
Q. Do I have to be at home?
A. No, but we do have to have building access. You will have to be home for your first service and at that time you will have to provide us with a front door access only key. We do not accept keys which also open apartment doors.
Q. How do I schedule a pick up?
A. Easy, text or call Stephen at (617) 877-1763. After your initial service simply text when you want your next pick up. You send a text message at any time. We recommend a fixed schedule.
Q. How do I tell you about special instructions I might have?
A. Simply put a note in your garment bag. We can even proivide you with stain stickers to place on spots requiring special attention or special instruction labels.
Q. How do I pay for my service?
A. Your order will be charged directly to your credit or debit card. You will need to fill out an authorization form and submit it with your first order. This can be done in person or on line.
